SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

During normal operation timeframes, custom wall art orders will be ready to ship within 4-5 business days. Standard shipping and handling timelines are dependent on the selected freight carrier and approved service level. Generally, shipping transit times within Canada would be 2-5 business days. If a scheduled mail date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the ship date will shift to the next regularly scheduled ship day.

RETURNS

Fika Wallart frames are guaranteed for a full year from the date of shipment. If the package you received is damaged or the product is defective, please contact us at info@fikawallart.com and we will address the problem as quickly as possible.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

REFUNDS

Due to the custom nature of our products, all requests for refunds will be processed minus a 40% processing fee. Shipping is non-refundable. No refunds will be accepted after 60 days from the ship date.

IMAGE COLOURS

Due to differences in computer/smartphone displays and their respective calibration, the colours on your electronic device may be slightly different from the print you receive. We print colours true to the photo specifications and cannot alter original artwork.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

To cancel an order, email us immediately at info@fikawallart.com and provide the full contact information of the person who placed your order following the order number. Please note that we begin to develop your custom artwork shortly after your order is received and are therefore not able to provide a cancellation when a cancellation notice is received 24 hours or more after the order was submitted.
