WHAT IS FIKA WALLART?

Fika Wallart is a lightweight custom wall art system that assembles in minutes and allows you to hang custom prints throughout your home. Every print is produced on demand with advanced dye-sublimation stretch-fabric printing that produces superior image quality and spellbinding colour vibrancy.

HOW DO YOU CHANGE THE FABRICS?

Take Fika Wallart off the wall and lay face-up on the floor. Then gently take the old artwork edges out from the frame by pulling the Fika tab on the bottom right.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY FABRIC GRAPHIC?

If most or all of the graphic is dirty, set your washing machine to gentle cycle and on COOL/COLD water cycle only. DO NOT put your fabric graphic in the dryer – lay it out to air dry.

WHAT SPECIFICATIONS DOES MY IMAGE NEED TO BE FOR CUSTOM CANVAS PRINTS?

Acceptable formats: High-resolution JPEG or high-resolution TIFF. Vector files can be submitted at any size in proportion to your canvas size as it is scalable. Minimum resolution is 100dpi at final size.

HOW MUCH OF MY IMAGE WILL I LOSE OVER THE EDGE WHEN ORDERING A CANVAS?

1.5” of the image will be lost over the edge of the frame; please factor this into the image you ultimately upload for printing.

DO YOU PROVIDE HANGING HARDWARE TO GO WITH THE FRAMING SYSTEM?

Yes, saw-tooth picture hanging hardware is pre-installed in the back of your frame for easy installation on your wall.

CAN I CHANGE MY UPLOADED IMAGE TO A DIFFERENT ONE AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

To modify an order, email us at info@fikawallart.com and provide us with your full contact information and your order number. Please note that we begin to develop your custom wallart shortly after your order is received. We are unable to modify orders if change requests are received 24 hours or more after the order was submitted.

 

DO YOU OFFER A REFUND IF I NO LONGER WANT MY FIKA WALLART DESIGN?

All Fika Wallart products are final sale unless you receive your custom order delivered as damaged or defective. If your order has arrived damaged or defective, click here for return instructions. Due to the custom nature of our products, all requests for refunds will be processed minus a 40% processing fee. Shipping is non-refundable. No refunds will be accepted after 60 days from the ship date.
